Refund policy

How long do I have to exchange my item?

  • Our policy lasts 30 days, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
  • To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for any reasons not due to our error is not eligible for return or refund.


Will I have to pay for my item to be exchange?

  • If you received a damaged item and/or received the wrong order, our company will cover all shipping costs per a return label. The return label is created and sent to you via email once the return has been processed.

  • If you are returning your item for an exchange, we are unable to provide a return label. You will be billed for any additional shipping costs prior to item being reshipped.
  • NOTE: The return label will only cover shipping costs, and will not cover any additional packaging costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Can I cancel my order?

  • Cancelations are accepted if you contact the company within 48 hours of the purchase date.
  • All purchases are made to order and cannot be canceled or refunded after the 48-hour cancellation period due to the labor, materials, time, and resources required for us to make the item.
  • Any item that contains custom text cannot be canceled/exchanged at any time regardless of purchase date.


Can I edit my order?

  • Our company offers a 48-hour editing period for your convenience on certain details: such as finish, changing the name, shipping address, and style. Extensive edits may delay the processing time of your order.
  • Note: Any edits requested outside of the 48-hour window cannot be guaranteed.
